Jiangsu Dongyuan operates a nationally certified testing center with a 3,000 kVA integrated testing capacity , capable of executing full-load tests up to 2,500 kW and no-load tests for high-power models exceeding 15,000 kW . The testing center integrates intelligent inspection systems , including: High-voltage variable-frequency test platforms (6–35 kV) , compatible with motors and generators of diverse voltage ratings; Multi-condition simulated load cabinets to precisely validate torque, efficiency, and temperature rise; Fully automated insulation withstand voltage testers , ensuring winding insulation compliance with the GB/T 755 standard .
